Cutbow Wines began with Taylor and Emma's experimental vintage made from fruit sourced through a friend and mentor—a humble start that blossomed into their own brand. Today, they focus on vineyard-designate wines from carefully selected vineyards like Salaal, Jack Creek, Spanish Springs, and Levo, letting each site express its true character through Chardonnay, Grenache, Syrah, and Petite Sirah.
