Yellow Bird Wines was established in 2007 by Drs. Gregory and Darlene Chan on 20 acres in Walla Walla Valley, Washington, and is named in honor of Chief Pio Pio Mox Mox. This boutique winery grows seven red vitis vinifera varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Tempranillo, and Petite Verdot.
