Rustique Wines is a family-owned estate winery established in 2006 in Salinas, Monterey County, named after their late mother, Rusti Silacci. They craft Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from grapes grown at their Silacci Vineyards, first planted in 1999, drawing on fruit from their own carefully tended vineyards.
