Guyomar Wine Cellars has been crafting wines since 1998 from their estate vineyard, St. Peter of Alcantara, nestled in the Templeton Gap area of Paso Robles. Their first releases arrived in 2013, and they've built their reputation around bold varietals including Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Petite Sirah, and Zinfandel—wines that capture the character of this distinctive western AVA.
