Founded in 1979 by Gary Eberle, a UC Davis-trained enologist and viticulturist, Eberle Winery helped establish Paso Robles as a premier wine region. Today, winemaker Chris Eberle crafts premium Cabernet Sauvignons and Syrahs that reflect the character of this celebrated California appellation.
