Founded in 2004, Sandhi is a small-production winery in Sta. Rita Hills crafting Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Syrah from carefully selected vineyards including Domaine de la Côte, Sanford & Benedict, and others. Winemakers Sashi Moorman and Raj Parr embrace minimal intervention, fermenting with native yeast and letting each wine express itself without additions or subtractions.
