Founded in 2008 in Paso Robles, Shale Oak Winery marries award-winning winemaking with environmental responsibility, earning LEED Gold and SIP certifications. Under winemaker Curtis Hascall's direction since 2010, the winery crafts an impressive range of wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel, and Albariño, with offerings across their Reserve, Element Series, and Library Wines programs.
